Can I place an order via email or telephone?
No, all orders via the online shop can be made online only.
Can I place a pre-order for items not in stock?
We will occasionally allow for items to be pre-ordered when we have an estimated date for delivery available. If we allow items to still be ordered with delayed delivery these orders require payment even though delivery is delayed.
Why can’t I find the product that I am looking for?
If a product cannot be found online, we are out of stock and not taking orders at this time.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Whilst every effort is made to ensure items listed online are in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock and therefore your order cannot go ahead. We endeavour to ensure that this situation does not occur, however if it does, you will be you will be notified of this by email or telephone and a refund will be provided.

How do I return or exchange my order?
If you need to return or exchange your order, please contact email@example.com. We endeavour to get back to all enquires within 48 hours.
What should I do if my order is faulty or incomplete on arrival?
Please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number for reference. If you have a faulty product, please include photos of the items to show the problem. We endeavour to get back to all enquires within 48 hours.
Can I pick up my items?
The funetics shop operates as an online store only and any purchases made through the shop can be purchased online only with delivery only.
Can I change my delivery address details after I have placed my order?
Please check your order details and shipping details prior to placing your order as it is not possible to change these details after an order is placed.
Can I supply a residential or business address for my order?
Yes, we can delivery to both residential and business addresses. We request that the delivery address specified be a destination where deliveries can be received between the hours of 9am-5.30pm.
How soon will my order be shipped?
In stock items are available for dispatch within 48 hours after payment is received. In the event that we experience any delivery delays outside of our specified delivery time frames, we will notify you of this and dispatch part shipment of your order where possible. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number as well as any other shipping information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery of your parcel can be expected within 10 business days. In the event that you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.
Do we offer an express service?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an express post service
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payment only by Credit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept cash or any other forms of payment. Payment must be received prior to your order being dispatched.
My payment has not been processed. How can I complete my order?
Our shopping cart will allow you to re-attempt to make a payment, please check you have entered all correct details including expiry date and that funds are available.
